Ideloc Studio (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how MindShelf handles information when you use our iOS app, Share Extension, Widget, and optional web app.

1. Using MindShelf without an account

You can use MindShelf on iOS without registering. In that case:

• Bookmarks and related data you create are stored on your device only (local storage).
• We do not receive your name, email, or bookmarks on our servers until you choose to create an account and sign in.
• You may sign in later to sync data to your account and the web app.

2. Information we collect (when you have an account)

If you create an account (email sign-in), we process:

• Account data: Name, email, and authentication data handled by our auth provider (Supabase Auth).
• Content you save: Bookmarks (URL, title, notes, categories, tags, read/favorite flags, thumbnails where applicable).
• Optional profile fields: Such as language or notification preferences if you set them in the app.
• Technical data: Standard diagnostics and crash data as provided by Apple to improve stability (per your device settings).

3. How we use information

We use account and bookmark data only to provide the service: sync across devices where you are signed in, backup in our database, and app features you request. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your bookmarks for advertising.

4. Storage and security

• Device-only mode: Data stays on your iPhone/iPad until you sign in.
• Cloud sync: When signed in, data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so each user can access only their own rows. Traffic uses TLS. Passwords are handled by the auth provider; we do not store passwords in plain text.

5. Purchases and subscriptions (iOS)

On iPhone and iPad, MindShelf Premium (subscriptions or lifetime) is available only through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your full card number.

Unlocking premium features in the iOS app requires an active entitlement via the App Store on your Apple ID. The iOS app does not offer or link to any external payment flow for Premium.

Terms of Use: MindShelf uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. Web app

If you use the MindShelf web application, you sign in with the same kind of account when you choose to. The web environment may use additional services (e.g. third-party tools for link previews) as described in that product. Data handling for signed-in bookmarks remains subject to Section 2–4.

7. Notifications

Reminder notifications you enable are scheduled on your device. If you opt in to sync preferences to your profile, those preference values may be stored with your account.

8. Your rights and deletion

You can delete bookmarks in the app. If you have an account, you can delete your account (and associated cloud data) from the app where that feature is offered, or contact us at the email below. Local-only data can be removed by deleting the app or clearing data from the device.

9. Third-party services

MindShelf relies on:

• Apple — App Store, StoreKit, and device services.
• Supabase — Authentication and database when you use an account. See Supabase’s privacy policy for their processing.
• Other subprocessors only as needed for hosting or the web app (e.g. static hosting).

10. Children

MindShelf is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
